Our Gin & Wine Tour offers a carefully curated journey through the heart of the Alentejo, combining exceptional wines, artisanal gin, and authentic regional flavors in a truly immersive experience.

The day begins at the renowned Herdade do Esporão or Adega Ervideira, one of the most prestigious wine estates in Portugal. Here, guests are invited to explore the vineyards and winery facilities, gaining insight into the region’s terroir, sustainable practices, and winemaking philosophy. The visit is followed by a guided wine tasting, showcasing a selection of wines followed by lunch.

In the afternoon, the journey continues to the Sharish Gin Distillery, a unique artisanal distillery known for producing one of Portugal’s most distinctive gins. During the visit, guests will discover the production process, from the selection of botanicals to distillation techniques, followed by a tasting of 4 pure gins and a gin&tonic of your choice that highlights the character and creativity behind Sharish Gin.
